“To love is to establish a space designated fully for listening to another’s experience with an open heart. It is through this listening that empathy is nourished and felt. Healing comes out of this space.”
— Marcela Ot’alora G, MAPS trainer, supervisor, and researcher
Dr. Jonathan Carlson creates a supportive environment for patients to engage in deep personal work, whether in preparation, during medicine sessions, or in integration. His relational approach emphasizes slowing down and mindfully engaging with the present moment, helping individuals to feel more fully alive. Embracing a holistic perspective, he addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of healing. As emotional wounds heal and the pain of trauma subsides, the uncertainty of life becomes more manageable, allowing the seeds of health to sprout and flourish. Through this process, self-love can emerge, addictions may diminish, and relationships can thrive.
It’s time to reclaim your most precious life.
